Aarushi graduated from the University of Toronto where she received a Master of Science in Physiotherapy. Prior to that, she completed a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology at McMaster University.

Since a young age, Aarushi has been interested in anatomy and the importance of physical activity for one’s wellbeing. Having underwent physiotherapy herself when she was younger and witnessing the improvements she made, helped reaffirm that this was the profession for her.

Aarushi strives to create genuine, caring relationships with her clients. She understands the importance of looking at someone holistically and using a combination of education, targeted exercise and manual therapy to improve function and prevent re-injury. Aarushi is passionate about working with people with both orthopedic injuries and neurological conditions and aims to work with her clients to create personalized treatment plans that meet their goals and help them return to what is meaningful to them.

In the future, Aarushi is excited to continue pursuing further education in acupuncture, pelvic health and NDT/Bobath training. She has her Level 1 AIM certification through the orthopedic division of the CPA and is looking to complete more manual therapy levels in the future. Outside of the clinic, you can find Aarushi at the gym, watching basketball, listening to music, or baking something sweet.
